小米汽车-先进动力质量（电驱/增程） 上海 社招 全职 职位 ID：A157442 职位描述 1. 作为增程/电驱系统质量负责人，深度参与各车型项目动力总成零件的数据发布、FMEA评审、DFM评审、DVP评审、供应商产线质量评审等活动，识别风险项目，策划质量专项活动，实现全生命周期零件质量成熟度的提升及高质量交付； 2. 完成增程/电驱产品的新技术、新材料、新结构、新工艺进行风险识别及管控；针对市场问题导入工程设计端、工厂、供应商等进行规避；4. 牵头跨部门系统团队，分析增程/电驱产品的开发、量产质量问题，确定根本原因，制订长期措施并跟踪断点；5. 对IPTV指标负责，跟踪推进问题关闭率，聚类TOP问题推进闭环解决；6. 准备质量问题及状态报告，呈现产品质量表现以支持关键问题的决策；7. 组织重大问题、批量问题的复盘，推动研发过程，生产过程，售后处置的持续改善。 职位要求 1. 本科及以上学历，主流车企或TIER1汽车行业8年以上工作经验，增程开发&研发质量5年以上工作经验，有团队带队经验优先； 2.具备增程/电驱产品的研发或研发质量经验，深度参与自研产品研发或工艺开发质量工作（如DFMEA，DFMA，DFM等 ），完整参与过2款增程/电驱项目的全生命周期产品的开发或整车质量保障；3. 对整车增程系统、电驱系统软硬件失效及改进有深刻理解， 熟悉动力零件软硬件原理图、数据或仿真，对动力试验或测试技术规范有基础了解；4.熟练使用CANoe/CANalyzer/INCA等工具分析，具备常用通信协议及信号知识，可基于信号进行整车级、系统级、电控级的质量初步分析。5. 熟悉 性能测试规范与要求，熟练使用示波器等分析工具。6. 具备良好的质量意识，掌握质量工具及方法论如8D, 6Sigma。7. 责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力和团队精神。 投递...
