岗位职责： 1.按照公司EHSA部门要求佩戴安全防护用品，了解周边环境和职业危害，防止事故发生； 2.负责该岗位的设备点检和其它辅助设备的点检，做好日常的保养和维护； 3.认真执行各项岗位和车间安全规章制度，遵守劳动纪律，熟悉机床操作规范，严禁违章操作； 4.服从生产调配，根据订单和工艺要求，保质保量、准时完成各项生产计划； 5.完成的订单要及时的流转到工单指定的下一个工序； 6.通过OMS 和Gemba walk活动，提高个人风险识别能力，提前识别加工风险、预防质量问题发生； 7.积极参与公司及部门组织的各项培训，提高个人素质和专业技能； 8.积极主动识别生产过程中的异常，及时反馈消除隐患； 9.按岗位要求填写各项生产报表，做好现场5S；准时参加交接班会，完成交接班工作； 10.非正常状态下生产因紧急需求时员工缺岗，临时顶岗协助生产； 11.完成主管及经理安排的其他工作。 岗位要求： 1.职业技校或高中以上学历，拥有3年以上数控机床（加工中心/数控车床）加工经验，有数控机床操作证书； 2.能读懂机械图纸 ，熟悉数控机床（加工中心/数控车床）加工特性，有单件小批加工经验和石墨加工经验者优先； 3.独立完成机床首件调试生产，知道首件操作要求，会做首检和自主检查，并做好记录； 4.对于数控机床常用夹具（台虎钳，平口钳，卡盘）有一定使用经验； 5.了解机加工工艺，了解机加工刀具使用要求； 6.熟悉常用计量工具的量测方法（游标卡尺，内外径千分尺，螺纹千分尺，深度尺，通止规等量具）； 7.具有良好的沟通能力及问题分析解决能力； 8.有较强的责任心和团队精神，抗压能力强，能自觉独立完成工作任务； 9.能适应三班倒，服从领导临时安排的加班，换岗，换班等。...
