Camera系统ISP资深工程师 Guangzhou Full-time Production / Manufacturing / Processing Responsibilities 岗位职责：1、负责Camera图像的ISP调试，具备独立完成项目的能力；2、负责图像主客观测试方案制定与图像质量的评估；3、负责制定公司画质评测主客标准，设计评测体验方案，跟踪行业标准；4、输出图像主客观测试计划与测试报告，确保图像质量符合要求；5、负责Camera画质问题解决，参与Image sensor，模组选型和评估； Qualifications 任职要求：1、本科以上学历，具有3年及以上ISP图像调试经验；2、熟悉ISP Tuning流程，熟悉ISP Pipeline；3、熟悉ISP各算法模块的基本原理，熟悉图像Shading/GTM/LTM/CCM/AE/AWB/Gamma/Sharpen/降噪/坏点校正/畸变校正/色差校正/锐化等的IQ tuning；4、熟悉图像质量评估与分析，对图像设备有一定了解，熟悉图像客观指标的分析方法与计算原理，具备室外主观场景的选择能力；5、熟悉图像色彩理论并掌握图像质量评价方法和评测工具；熟悉 DXO，Imatest 等常用评测工具优先6、学习能力强，有较强的沟通与协作能力，有意向图像调试方面发展；7、具有高通/MTK平台ISP调试经验优先8、熟练C/C++语言优先 Apply...
