iOS 原生开发工程师 Beijing Full-time R&D - Front-end development Responsibilities 岗位职责1、负责公司现有 App 的 iOS 客户端研发与维护，持续提升产品体验和工程质量。2、负责 App 日常产品需求的技术评估、方案设计、开发上线及后续维护。3、负责客户端性能与稳定性建设，包括启动速度、页面流畅度、内存、耗电、包体积及崩溃率等指标的监控与优化。4、定位并解决线上问题，完善日志、监控和异常排查机制，保障版本质量。5、持续优化客户端架构、基础组件及研发流程，提高代码质量和开发效率。6、与产品、设计、服务端及测试团队协作，推动需求高质量、按计划交付。 Qualifications 任职要求1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先。2、具备扎实的 Swift 编程基础，熟悉 SwiftUI 和 UIKit。3、熟悉 iOS SDK、常用设计模式及客户端架构，具备良好的代码设计能力。4、熟悉网络请求、数据存储、多线程及并发编程。5、具备客户端性能优化和稳定性治理经验，能够独立分析崩溃、卡顿、内存泄漏等问题。6、熟悉 Git、依赖管理、自动化构建及 App Store 发布流程。7、具备良好的沟通能力、责任心和产品意识，能够独立推进需求落地。加分项1、有复杂业务或较大用户规模 App 的开发维护经验。2、有 SwiftUI 项目落地及架构演进经验。3、熟悉 Instruments、MetricKit、Sentry 等性能与稳定性工具。4、有音视频、即时通讯、AI 应用或国际化产品经验。5、有客户端工程效率、自动化测试或 CI/CD
