视觉模组性能与验证工程师 深圳 社招 全职 职位描述 需求描述负责智能硬件产品感知视觉模组的研发与量产落地，涵盖 RGB Camera、双目/多目视觉、ToF、结构光、IR/Depth Camera 等技术方向。工作覆盖供应商制造、内部生产、性能验证及量产质量管理等环节，重点通过仿真分析、实验验证与数据分析，定位产品研发及量产过程中的关键问题，推动问题闭环与产品性能、质量持续优化。-工作职责1. 供应商工艺优化与管控负责视觉模组从开发导入到量产阶段的制造工艺评估与优化，重点管控 Active Alignment、组装、点胶固化、Calibration、测试等关键工序，提升制程能力、良率及批次一致性。2. 内部生产跟线与入库良率保障负责己方来料、组装、整机集成、校准、测试及入库环节的现场跟线，持续跟踪 FPY、测试通过率及入库良率，快速处理影响生产、良率及出货的模组问题。3. 光学及感知性能验证建立视觉模组测试及验收标准，负责 MTF/SFR、FOV、畸变、光轴、成像一致性、SNR，以及定位精度、测距范围、深度噪声等关键性能验证。4. 仿真与实验结合定位问题针对成像、光学、深度感知及量产异常，建立“现象分析 → 假设建立 → 仿真预测 → 实验验证 → Root Cause 定位”的分析闭环，通过光学仿真、公差/敏感性分析、DOE、对照实验等方式快速收敛问题。5. 复杂异常 Debug 与闭环对 MTF 下降、偏焦、光轴偏移、标定失败、深度异常等问题进行系统分析，区分设计、光学、结构、Sensor、工艺、设备、治具、算法标定及测试方法等不同影响因素，并推动改善闭环。6. 测试与量产体系建设建立研发、供应商及内部产线统一的 Test Method、Golden Sample 和判定标准，开展
