【智造】高级NPI工程师 深圳 社招 全职 互联网 / 电子 / 网游 职位描述 1.负责产品样机评审、敏捷试制、迭代验证、虚拟和实物验证相结合，充分挖掘产品DFM问题，跟踪落实并现场闭环，支撑缩短新产品的导入周期。2.负责新产品导入阶段试制验证，实操跟线并复制试制经验方法，管理试制问题，实现内外部一致的产品质量，支撑新产品在内外部同步量产。3.提供技术支持，协同研发开展新产品、新器件、新材料、新工艺等导入验证活动，支持研发技术研究实验，提出制造领域独特见解，推动在新产品试制中实现。4.组织、参与新产品精益SDR/3P活动，支撑融合设计落地，在设计与开发阶段构筑产品的天然精益和管道化精益制造模式。5.通过实操验证，协调IE在试制阶段输出产品工时，摸清制造费用，支撑产品发外加工。6.从SMT到包装入库，全流程负责产品生产过程，善于运用PFMEA等质量工具提前识别与预防问题发生。7.总结、提炼产品试制过程中的经验，推动来料或产品设计优化，形成设计基线。 职位要求 职位要求：1本科及以上学历，计算机、3D 打印、电子等相关工程专业2.具有6年以上NPI/PE/ME/PM等工作经验。3.熟悉工厂现场管理4.有3D打印、结构件、机械、硬件等经验者优先 投递...
