高级硬件产品研究（active） 深圳 全职 产品 / 策划 / 项目 - 产品经理 职位描述 岗位职责：本岗位主要的工作为负责智能手表的产品研究，完成智能手表的用户研究，产品竞争力定义，产品需求设计，用户体验分析，跟踪产品的架构设计和开发实现，辅助产品的上市营销工作。这些工作包括：1. 对智能手表的演进进行前瞻性的设计，对事业部智能手表的ID、CMF、硬件定义，特别是对提升运动相关的性能和体验在行业内领先的竞争力负责。2. 对产品的用户群进行研究，形成事业部智能手表产品的用户画像，并根据用户画像精准定义产品需求。3. 负责事业部多个系列智能手表硬件和关键竞争力特性的整体定义，输出ID、CMF、SKU规划设计需求，产品硬件配置规格，以及竞争力分析文档，完成产品的Charter和PDCP汇报。4. 与公司架构设计团队、研发测试团队密切合作，推动规划的产品从概念到精准实施落地。并与市场营销团队合作，挖掘产品卖点，推动规划的产品取得市场成功。5. 通过用户调研、用户反馈、竞品分析以及持续的亲自参与产品体验，洞察智能穿戴设备的运动功能趋势，优化产品路线图，确保产品的市场竞争力。6. 热爱自己负责的产品，具备产品创新精神和强烈的打造精品的欲望，持续探索智能手表运动功能的前沿趋势，提出创新解决方案并推动在产品中落地。任职要求：1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、机械工程、电子信息等工科专业背景优先。2. 工作经验：8年以上智能手表或相关可穿戴设备的产品经理经验。3. 技术理解：了解智能手表架构，硬件传感器，外观工艺，具备运动算法、健康监测算法基础知识，有相关产品设计经验者优先。4. 项目管理能力：优秀的跨部门协作和项目管理能力，能够高效推动规划落地，确保项目按时交付。5. 市场敏锐度：对运动健康领域有强烈兴趣，具备市场敏感度，能够精准把握用户痛点和需求。6. 创新意识：具备前瞻性的思维方式，能够在竞争激烈的市场中提出创新的规划和产品概念。7. 沟通能力：具备良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力，能够有效地与团队、用户及合作伙伴进行交流。8. 用户导向：以用户体验为核心，亲自参与产品体验，能够通过数据分析、用户调研推动产品规格的迭代。优先条件：1. 热爱运动，有擅长或一直坚持的运动项目的优先。2. 熟悉运动健康领域的行业标准和最新技术发展趋势。3. 有知名智能穿戴产品公司从业经验者优先。 投递...
