研发高级工程师（python后端方向） 广州 全职 通用智能板块 职位描述 1、 工控机端采集软件开发与维护：负责车端/工控机采集软件的需求分析、架构设计、功能开发与版本迭代，保障采集链路稳定可靠；涵盖采集任务触发（如触发 XPU 采集功能）、司机登录认证、数据绑定、车辆准入检查等核心业务功能开发与优化；2、采集运营平台（运营软件）开发：负责采集运营软件/后台管理系统的模块设计与开发，包含车辆管理、人员管理、任务管理等业务功能，支撑采集任务的配置、下发、执行跟踪与闭环管理，提升运营效率与可视化能力；3、采集全链路对接与协同交付：与硬件/嵌入式/算法/测试/运营等上下游团队协作，完成接口联调、功能验证与上线发布，确保端到端业务流程可用与体验一致；参与需求评审与方案评审，提出可测试性、可运维性建议；4、 异常定位与问题闭环：配合上下游开展采集异常排查与根因分析（端侧、网络、平台、数据链路等），完善日志、监控与告警能力，推动问题快速修复与持续改进，保障采集任务稳定运行；5、工程化与质量保障：持续优化代码质量与交付效率，编写必要的技术文档与使用/运维说明；根据业务需要建设或完善自动化测试、回归验证、版本管理与发布流程，降低线上风险、提升迭代效率。 职位要求 1、学历与经验：计算机、软件工程、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历；3–5 年后端/平台开发经验（能力突出者可适当放宽）；2、Python 后端能力：3 年以上 Python 后端开发经验；熟练掌握至少一种主流 Web 框架： - 异步：FastAPI / Sanic / asyncio 生态 - 同步：Django / Flask深入理解 WSGI/ASGI 工作机制，具备接口性能分析与调优经验（并发、吞吐、延迟、连接池等）。3、 数据库与数据建模能力： - PostgreSQL：具备复杂 SQL
