【探索者】IPU电控系统设计工程师 上海、广州 全职 动力三电板块 职位描述 1、协助拆解整车需求至电机控制器功能需求、性能指标需求和功能安全需求分解；2、协助进行电机控制器系统详细方案设计、系统架构设计、软硬件接口开发和FMEA开发，并分解到硬件、软件和结构等专业团队，参与相关技术方案评审；3、参与电机控制器系统仿真分析，协助支持概念方案快速原型开发，包括CLTC效率仿真、升降压电流仿真、整车纹波电流仿真等；4、参与开发阶段台架和整车问题排查，协助推动软件、硬件和结构团队共同进行根因定位和对策制定；5、基于ALM工具进行需求管理流程维护，协助建立需求追踪矩阵，确保整车需求、系统需求、软硬件需求和系统测试的全链路覆盖和双向追溯；6、跟踪新型功率半导体器件、多核处理器、AI智能故障预测等前沿技术，推动电机控制器性能突破。 职位要求 1.硕士及以上学历，汽车、电力电子、自动化及计算机相关专业；2.1年以上工作经验，具备可用于工作的英语听说读写能力；3.熟悉电机控制理论，了解MCU硬件设计；4.了解电机控制器功能及性能需求；5.了解AUTOSAR架构或功能安全开发流程（ISO 26262）；6.了解汽车电子常用开发工具链；7.具备较高的书面表达能力，工作严谨认真，踏实稳重，团队合作意识强；8.具备良好的职业道德，抗压性强，善于创新，沟通能力良好；9.具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。 投递...
