技术美术-程序化生成方向 杭州 全职 互联网 / 电子 / 网游 职位描述 本岗位将参与基于 AI Agent 的场景生成流程探索，把程序化生成（PCG）能力与 AI Agent 工作流结合，探索美术意图 → Agent 编排 → 程序化生产的自动化管线，提升关卡与场景资源的生产效率与质量上限。岗位职责：1.开发程序化方案，协助美术进行关卡、资源生产，提升美术品质和生产效率；2.参与基于 Agent 的场景生成流程搭建：将 PCG 工具（Houdini 等）封装为可被 Agent 调用的能力/节点，探索由 AI Agent 驱动的自动化场景生成管线；3.结合生成式 AI 与程序化生成：探索 LLM / 图像
