IT专家/高级专家（制造体系数字化） Shenzhen Full-time Production / Manufacturing / Processing Responsibilities 岗位使命围绕公司制造体系建设与升级，负责业务系统数字化的整体规划、方案设计与落地实施，打造覆盖计划、采购、生产、质量、仓储物流及经营分析等关键环节的数字化能力，支撑制造体系高效运营与持续演进。岗位职责1、负责制造体系数字化的整体规划，制定业务系统建设蓝图、实施路径和阶段目标。2、深入理解制造全流程业务，推动 ERP、MES、WMS、QMS、APS、PLM 等核心系统的规划、设计与落地。3、主导数字化项目全生命周期管理，包括需求分析、方案设计、系统选型、实施推进与上线运营。4、推动制造相关数据治理与系统集成，提升业务协同效率、过程透明度和经营可视化能力。5、推动 AI 在制造场景中的应用，如智能排产、质量预警、设备预测、知识问答、经营分析等。6、协同制造、质量、供应链、物流、财务及 IT 团队，沉淀标准流程、方法和数字化能力。7、支撑制造体系数字化能力的复制、优化与持续升级。 Qualifications 任职要求1、本科及以上学历，计算机、信息化、工业工程、自动化、制造工程等相关专业优先。2、具备丰富的制造业数字化/工厂信息化实践经验，有完整项目落地经验。3、熟悉制造核心业务流程，对 ERP、MES、APS、WMS、QMS、PLM 等领域有较强理解，至少有多个模块的实际实施经验。4、具备较强的整体规划和方案设计能力，能够从业务、流程、系统、数据多个层面统筹设计解决方案。5、具备优秀的跨部门协同、项目推动与问题解决能力。6、具备 AI 相关认知和实践能力，能够识别并推动 AI 在制造业务中的应用落地。7、结果导向，具备较强的责任心和执行力。加分项1、有消费电子、智能硬件、3C 等复杂制造行业经验。2、有大型制造企业数字化转型或制造体系建设经验。3、有工业数据平台、主数据治理或经营分析体系建设经验。4、有 AI 在制造场景中的实际落地案例。5、具备英语沟通能力或跨区域协同经验。 Apply...
