PMO产品和效能管理 上海 社招 全职 本科及以上 5-7 年 职位描述 熟悉汽车或电子设备研发过程，熟悉设计思维方法，与项目团队紧密合作，负责创新和定义项目管理系统产品，编写需求，培训宣导、持续迭代优化熟悉敏捷方法论及DevOps工具链，根据实际项目状况，拟定团队效能提升方案并作为教练进行辅导实施，与工具链专员配合指定和持续优化工具链自研产品管理，与产品开发团队紧密合作，进行开发排期和进度跟踪，参与验收提供项目管控所需的数据，支持相关数据抽取，处理和分析工作 职位要求 本科及以上学历，软件工程，工业工程，电子工程，UX设计等相关专业5+年及以上相关产品管理经验或3年+Agile & DevOps教练实战经验，在汽车或制造行业优先熟悉市面类似2B产品平台（项目管理，PLM, 软件DevOps工具链等），具有工具落地实施管理和教练能力具有用户为中心的设计思维， NPDP, Agile, Design Thinking, PMP, 数字化等相关认证和实战经验者优先熟悉产品定义和设计所需各种办公软件工具（word, UML, axure, figma等）熟悉DevOps工具链（含且不限Gitlab，Jira，Xray，Jenkins，Artifactory，Sonar etc.) 投递...
