岗位职责 1. 与研发团队合作持续开发和优化公司自主预处理技术支持现有生产装置调试运营分析评估工艺运行表现。 2. 识别并推动预处理工艺在工艺安全、产能提升、收率改善、能耗优化及产品质量方面的持续改善机会。 3. 参与新预处理项目开发支持项目全生命周期各阶段工作包括概念设计、前端工程设计和项目建设。 4. 主导并推动技术变革、工作方式优化及持续改善项目落地建立并沉淀关键工艺技术知识体系。 5. 在跨职能团队中高效协作平衡短期与长期目标具备优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通能力。 任职要求 1. 化学工程、化工工艺等相关专业本科及以上学历具备5年以上油脂化工设计或生产运营经验。 2. 熟悉油脂精炼、油脂水解、油脂分馏、甘油回收等典型油脂化工工艺具备扎实的工艺分析和系统性问题解决能力。 3. 熟练使用Aspen Plus或HYSYS等工艺模拟软件具备完整项目周期的工程设计、工艺优化或项目实施经验。 4. 具备废弃油脂预处理经验者优先拥有数据建模或数据分析等数字化应用经验者优先。...
