Job Summary 你准备好将你的技能运用到下一份工作中并做出一番成绩了吗？ IFF是全球领先的风味、香氛、食品配料及健康与生物科技领域的企业，致力于提供可持续的创新解决方案，为日常产品赋能升级。 食品原料部： 在提升营养价值、口感和质地的同时提高成本效率，满足全球食品和饮料制造商的需求。 该职位设于江苏苏州，现场办公。加入一个年轻，团结，积极向上的团队，我们携手成就卓越，创造真正的影响力您的潜力就是我们灵感的源泉。 您将在何处创造价值？ 生产控制 process control 按照作业指导书进行生产操作，确保产品质量符合要求。 执行HACCP关键控制点检查，包括筛网、磁分器、金属探测器等设备。 完成生产当班记录、批记录、GMP记录及HACCP点记录，确保文件合规。 持续提升生产效率和产品得率，优化生产流程。 负责现场卫生管理，保持工作环境整洁。 监督并确保生产过程符合食品安全及质量管理体系要求。 及时发现并处理生产异常，保障生产稳定性。 配合团队完成其他相关生产支持工作，确保整体运营顺畅。 您为何是最佳人选？ 具备 1–3 年化工厂或食品厂一线生产岗位工作经验，熟悉基础生产流程及现场操作要求。 了解并能够遵守 生产现场的安全规范、操作规程及质量要求。 身体条件良好，能够适应每日较高强度的体力劳动及长时间站立作业。 可接受倒班工作制（如两班倒/三班倒），能配合生产计划灵活调整作息。 中专及以上学历，具备基本的理解能力和学习能力，可接受岗位技能培训。 工作态度踏实，吃苦耐劳、责任心强，能在重复性、连续性工作环境下保持稳定表现。 具备 良好的团队合作意识和执行力，服从生产安排及现场管理要求。 您将如何脱颖而出？ 有投料经验优先。 出色的身体素质。 有化工厂或食品厂工作经验优先。 为什么选择我们？
