用户运营-国内（深圳/上海/北京） 深圳、上海 社招 全职 产品/运营类 职位描述 1. BBS社区运营：负责国内BBS平台每日的用户产品体验、技术问答以及内容发布；2. 社群私域运营：设计购机用户私域引流路径，维护微信群活跃以及品牌与用户的健康关系；3. 基础体验保障：做好用户答疑、情绪安抚与问题闭环，并借助 AI 工具处理重复工作，提升运营效率；4. CRM落地：参与搭建用户CRM并完成用户分层，针对不同圈层输出差异化运营策略，沉淀核心用户；5. 用户洞察：从BBS、私域社区、用户访谈中提炼真问题与真需求，输出结构化洞察。 职位要求 任职要求1. 本科及以上，3年左右用户/社群私域运营经验，擅长用户沟通；2. 有CRM或用户分层落地经验，理解用户生命周期，具备策略思考能力；3. 熟练使用 AI 工具做内容整理、咨询处理，重视人效；4. 同理心强，抗压，可应对用户咨询与负面反馈。加分项：1. 消费 / 智能硬件、创业公司用户运营经验；2. 社区生态、BBS 盘活转型实操经历；3.
