高级Java开发工程师 岗位职责： 参与软件的设计与开发，能独立或主导模块 / 功能的设计与实现。 在软件产品实施过程中，参与功能需求书撰写与评审、开发与集成测试，确保项目按时按质完成交付。 对系统出现的问题能及时修改及完善，具备线上问题排查、根因分析与修复能力。 参与或主导代码重构、技术债务识别与治理，提升代码可维护性与长期质量。 不断熟悉和掌握新的业务知识与新技术，保持技术竞争力。 熟练使用 AI 工具做需求分析，代码生成和代码审核。 任职要求： 985或211院校计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历（统招本科或硕士），2 年及以上工作经验。 有 Vibe Coding 经验，能流畅并且安全使用 AI 工具。 精通 Java 基础，有分布式应用开发经验。 熟悉 Spring MVC、Spring Boot、Hibernate/MyBatis 等常用框架。 熟悉 Oracle/MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库；有 SQL 优化经验和 NoSQL 应用经验者优先。 熟悉
