供应链运营经理（ESG） 广州 全职 供应链板块 职位描述 1.ESG 体系与制度建设: 制定供应链 ESG 战略、行为准则与管理流程，搭建覆盖环境、劳工权益、职业健康、商业道德、合规治理的管理框架；对接 GRI、ISO 26000、RBA、SA8000、BSCI、Sedex 等标准，确保体系合规有效。 2.供应商 ESG 全生命周期管理: 主导供应商 ESG 尽职调查、现场审核与绩效评级，建立 ESG 风险地图与分级管控机制；推动供应商 ESG 改善与能力建设，将 ESG 要求纳入采购合同与准入门槛。3.碳管理与绿色供应链: 负责供应链碳盘查、开展 LCA 生命周期评价与绿色采购落地。4.合规与风险管控: 应对欧盟 CBAM、新电池法、冲突矿产（CMRT）、贸易合规等要求，建立溯源与尽责管理体系；识别与处置供应链 ESG 风险，处理审核、验厂与客户合规问询。5.数据管理与报告披露: 搭建 ESG 数据台账与追踪机制，定期输出供应链 ESG 报告、风险评估与改善方案；支持公司
