海外VOC管理主管 广州 全职 海外业务板块 职位描述 职位描述1、在各渠道全方位关注和收集用户反馈信息，针对用户端整体数据分析，通过持续不断的第三方调研、舆情监测、CIC等数据分析等，精进VOC分析及洞察，对整体用户体验的改善形成闭环检核；3、支持VOC相关工作的平台及工具的开发，负责各维度策略、运营数据的提取、管理与监控，报表的维护与管理；负责管理海外客服BPO服务交付，提供日常支持和改善方案，监督并进行KPI绩效管理；4、支持梳理并制定海外客户服务流程，服务标准、客服话术等，以用户服务体验为导向，提升海外客户满意度；5、支持海外多语言知识库搭建与动态更新，确保海外团队获取信息的准确性与便捷性；开发「智能服务助手」工具包，赋能一线团队首解率提升； 职位要求 1、本科及以上学历，有用户调研的设计、实施、运营，或数据挖掘等相关经验更佳；2、拥有良好的数据解读能力，能够从海量数据中发现有价值的规律；3、有较强的项目管理能力及组织协调能力，善于与公司内的多个团队进行沟通协作，建立良好的合作模式；4、英文CET6及以上，英语能作为工作语言，接受海外出差。 投递...
