岗位职责： 技术转移与放大：作为项目研发代表，主导从研发实验室（Lab-scale）到中试车间（Pilot-scale）再到商业化GMP车间（Manufacturing-scale）的技术转移全过程。 抗体药物下游工艺开发的技术骨干，主导从药物发现（DNA to IND）到临床后期（BLA）全周期的下游纯化工艺开发，解决高浓度蛋白聚集、病毒清除验证等复杂技术难题，连接研发（R&D）与生产（GMP）,将实验室规模的纯化路线稳健地转化为商业化生产能力。 下游工艺开发与优化：负责抗体（单抗，双抗，融合蛋白）下游纯化工艺的全流程开发，包括但不限于：深层过滤、亲和层析（Protein A）、离子交换（IEX）、疏水层析（HIC）、混合模式层析、超滤/渗滤（UF/DF）及病毒灭活/去除（低pH孵育、纳滤）。 新平台技术引进：关注行业前沿（如连续工艺、膜层析），评估并引入新技术以提升现有纯化平台的效率和经济性（COGs）。 任职要求： 硕士及以上学历，生物工程、生物化学、化学工程、制药工程或其他相关生命科学专业。 博士学历具有 4年以上或硕士学历具有 8年以上抗体药物下游纯化工艺开发与技术转移经验（特别优秀者可适当放宽年限）。 必须具有至少4个完整项目的工艺开发与技术转移经验，或至少1个完整项目的工艺表征经验，参与过工艺验证的技术支持工作。 精通各类层析纯化技术，对层析介质的化学特性、动态载量及使用寿命有深刻理解。 具备丰富的高浓度蛋白（100 mg/mL）制剂前的超滤工艺开发经验，熟悉跨膜压、剪切力对蛋白质量的影响。 熟练操作AKTA pure/avant/pilot及Unicorn软件，具备一定的编程能力。 熟悉cGMP法规，有在CDMO公司或大型制药公司GMP车间跟产经验者优先。 流利的英文听说读写能力，能够独立撰写技术文件，并在国际协作环境中进行有效沟通。 具备一定的抗压能力和多线程任务处理能力，能够适应项目紧凑的IND申报时间表。 优秀的跨部门沟通能力，能够有效协调研发、生产和质量团队的工作。...
