Purpose The Senior Quantity Surveyor supports the project as main focal point ensuring all QS matters are well covered You are responsible for overseeing all quantity and cost remeasurement, variation claims, budgeting and forecasting tasks related to the project,
工作职责 1. 根据施工图纸按照分包合同规定的计量规则对所有可复测项目进行材料工程量统计。 2. 审核分包商提交的复测工程量材料量并编制审核报告。 3. 协助主管工料测量师监控项目支出准确核算索赔 / 进度款更新成本编制分包合同所有变更实际成本 vs 预算并据此编制月度报告。 4. 进行现场巡查核实工程进度跟踪与现场指令 / 变更令相关的设计及施工变更。 5. 审核分包商提交的清关及材料物流费用。 6. 协助高级 / 主管工料测量师编制商务报告包括项目月度报告。 7. 了解健康安全法规要求遵守 HSEQ 管理体系政策。 8. 遵守商业行为与道德准则及反腐败合规政策开展项目物料核对确定材料超耗情况。 9. 跟踪工程变更通知及现场指令识别潜在索赔风险。 10. 跟踪问题 / 损坏报告评估可向分包商收取的返工 / 赔偿费用。 11.
