Company Description Job Description 岗位概述 本岗位负责博世XC智能驾控事业部政策、法规、标准研究与统筹工作，涵盖国内外法规监测与分析、产品合规策略制定、客户沟通与宣讲，以及协调集团内专家参与行业标准制定。作为中央产品合规管理的核心推动者，提升公司在合规领域的行业话语权。 主要职责 一、法规跟踪与研究 持续跟踪国内法规动态（工信部、网信办等部门发布的智能网联汽车、数据安全、网络安全相关法规），评估对公司产品的影响并输出合规分析报告 与Global团队协同跟踪国际法规演进（欧盟IAA法规、CSA 2.0、UN R155/R156等） 对接中汽中心标准院等行业标准化机构，跟踪标准立项与修订动态，推动公司内部专家参与相关标准制定 关注NCAP评测标准的发展与更新，评估其对公司产品策略的影响 二、产品合规策略 提早获取法规政策信息，引导内部产品策略方向 识别产品与现行法规的差距，提供合规建议和优化方案 组织与探索与相关机构的战略合作 三、客户沟通与宣讲 面向客户进行法规培训与宣讲，帮助客户理解合规要求 配合销售团队解答客户在法规方面的疑问，提供技术支撑 四、外部合作与行业影响力 管理相关政府与行业机构的标准与测试服务的框架合同 协同欧洲以及相关国际行业组织，参与双边合作与交流项目 关注并评估行业重要论坛和活动，推动公司在合规领域的行业影响力建设 Qualifications 任职要求 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、电子信息、计算机科学、法学（知识产权/合规方向）等相关专业优先 3年以上汽车行业产品合规、标准管理或法规分析相关经验；有智能网联汽车、汽车网络安全、数据安全领域经验者优先 熟悉国内外汽车行业法规体系，包括但不限于：中国智能网联汽车相关法规、欧盟网络安全法（CSA）、UN R155/R156、GB/T相关标准等 具备良好的中英文阅读和书面表达能力，能独立阅读和分析英文法规原文 较强的项目管理和跨部门协调能力，能同时推进多条标准/法规线的跟踪工作 Additional Information...
