作为TI的设备技术员，您将在恒温的无尘室中工作，负责设备的安装投产、保养维护、问题处理、性能改进和功能升级。您将与整个工厂的工程和制造团队，高效解决芯片制造过程中的问题。 岗位职责： 1、设备维修： 监控及分析相关数据及生产线状况，负责第一时间排查并处理影响正常生产的设备故障，保持生产线的正常生产，提高设备系统性能以达到生产要求，减少停机对生产的影响； 2、设备改机： 根据需求及时切换设备配置，以满足产线生产计划需求； 3、设备保养： 使用校准、诊断及相关方法和工具对设备进行拆卸、校验、清洁等，对设备进行保养； 4、产线反馈： 负责跟踪反馈产线主要问题，包括质量、安全、设备主要问题等； 5、文件化标准化： 针对日常工作和生产中遇到的问题进行书面化总结，提出解决方案，并进行标准化和文件化。 6、部门重要任务指标跟踪： 负责跟踪部门重要任务指标，分析、反馈相关数据，并提供合理性改善建议。 工作时间： 上班两天，休息两天。日班与夜班30或60天轮换一次。 日班：7：45-20：00，夜班：19：45-次日8：00。 1.大专学历，2027届毕业的同学（25-26届毕业生，工作经验少于24个月也可投递）； 2.电子/机械/电气/汽车/材料等理工科专业优先； 3.接受倒班工作，适应无尘室工作环境、全身连体无尘服及无尘手套和口罩； 4.基本的英文能力； 5.熟练掌握Word、Excel以及PowerPoint等办公软件； 6.主动性强，积极向上的态度，以结果为导向； 7.具有良好的沟通和表达能力，快速的学习能力和较强的动手能力； 8.具有较强的团队协作能力及意识。 Why TI?
