渠道设计经理（门店体验方向） Guangzhou Full-time Real Estate / Building / Property - Construction / Decoration / Municipal construction Responsibilities 主要工作职责1. 门店 SI 体系搭建与迭代基于品牌全球 VI，制定海外门店 SI（空间形象）标准：展厅、体验中心、交付中心、合作网点的空间模块、展车布局、道具、灯光、多媒体点位规范；区分不同级别门店（大店 / 小店 / 快闪）模块化方案。2. 门店空间与客户体验设计设计门店客户动线、到店体验旅程，规划展车、洽谈区、交付区、休息区、品牌展示区布局；输出平面方案、空间概念、体验触点设计，兼顾品牌感、转化效率、交付流程。3. 本地化适配与合规审查针对不同国家建筑规范、消防、无障碍、本地工程习惯调整门店方案；评估场地条件（物业荷载、机电、外立面限制），识别设计风险。4. 方案成本测算与选型管控参与门店装修、道具、设备的成本概算，优化方案实现品牌效果前提下控制单店 CAPEX；对主材、展具、多媒体设备做选型与标准化。5. 门店项目落地支持配合海外区域团队完成新店选址评估，输出场地适配意见；对接内装设计方、施工方，评审深化图纸，跟进项目落地，解决施工阶段设计问题；组织门店开业验收。6. 门店案例沉淀与迭代优化收集已开业门店运营反馈（客流、转化、客户体验、运维问题），复盘门店设计痛点，持续迭代 SI 标准；输出门店设计手册、模块库、物料清单，支撑批量复制。7. 跨部门协同协同品牌、海外区域运营、渠道战略、供应链、法务、财务，对齐门店投资预算、工期、合规要求；参与中英文跨区域会议，输出英文设计简报 /
