电路仿真工程师 北京 社招 全职 互联网 / 电子 / 网游 职位描述 1. 负责自动驾驶域控制器硬件板卡的高速信号的SI前期仿真与后期测试验证；2. 完成电源分配网络的仿真与优化，包括直流压降(DC Drop)、交流阻抗(AC Impedance)、去耦电容方案优化等，确保电源系统稳定可靠；3. 制订SI/PI测试计划，协助测试团队完成板级测试(如眼图、TDR、S参数、纹波噪声等)，并完成仿真与测试结果的对比与一致性分析；4. 为PCB布局布线提供SI/PI方面的设计指导和建议，与硬件工程师、Layout工程师合作进行协同仿真和优化；5. 建立完善的SI/PI前仿流程，应对域控制器硬件系统早期开发阶段的风险评估。 职位要求 1、通信工程、电子科学与技术或电磁场微波技术相关专业，硕士及以上学历；2、具有扎实的信号与电源完整性理论知识，熟悉高速信号与电源的仿真优化方法；3、熟悉高速串/并行信号协议，如PCIe，LPDDR，GMSL，MIPI，Ethernet等；4、精通一种或多种EDA仿真工具，比如Hspice，ADS，ANSYS 系列下的HFSS 3D、HFSS 3DLayout、SIwave；Sigrity系列下的PowerSI、PowerDC、Clarity等；5、熟悉各种测试仪器的使用，包括但不限于高速示波器、频谱仪、矢量网络分析仪等，有电源测试经验者优先；6、有强烈的责任心和团队协作精神，善于沟通与交流。 投递...
