Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Measurement, Optical Engineering, or related disciplines. Hands‑on experience with Metrology / CD‑SEM / DR‑SEM equipment or similar semiconductor inspection systems is highly preferred.
