Mission Details 负责用电设备以及线路的检查维修，发现不安全隐患及时排除，确保安全用电和做好防火工作 SAP维修管理系统，工单跟踪分发，监督工单信息录入的准确性及工单完成率 协助工程师完成PM计划和年度校准/检查（消防、防雷、测量、压力和温度计及电子秤等） 协调设备维修的档期，减少停机时间 三分之二在现场巡查 对生产、设备、质量、安全等事故进行调查分析，制定并实施纠正措施，REX，培训分享 数据分析，挖掘生产、维修过程中的潜在问题，及时汇报所有异常情况，并积极寻求有效的纠正、预防措施 Required Profile 大专及以上学历，机电一体化、仪表自动化、电气自动化等相关专业, 5年以上化工行业电仪维修工作经验 持有低压及高压电工证 熟悉PLC控制原理(AB、西门子)，各类控制阀门、过程仪表、变频器的运行原理和故障处理 熟悉高、低压线路，电机和电气设备的安装、调试、操作及维护保养工作 熟练使用各类办公软件，能看懂英文版图纸资料 跨部门沟通协调能力和团队合作 逻辑思维能力，具备较强的故障诊断和解决问题的能力 较强的学习能力，适应工作环境的变化，工作量大，抗压能力...
