【27届校招】效率产品经理 上海 正式 产品类 2027届秋季校园招聘项目 职位描述 1、结合业务反馈、行业研究、竞品分析，深入思考并洞察业务需求，从业务、产品和用户多角度出发，输出产品方案及Roadmap，包括但不限于PRD、产品模型设计、交互体验设计等，打造出有业务价值的产品； 2、全面参与EHR产品规划设计工作，产品方向包括Core HR、主数据、排班考勤、Payroll、薪酬激励、绩效OKR、组织发展、共享服务等等，深入理解潮流电商人力资源管理特色和产品体系，推动EHR产品能力完善； 3、以终为始，熟悉并参与到业务流程环节，通过对用户痛点、业务痛点及数据的理解，协同业务、设计、研发团队横向沟通，积极推进内部各部门高效合作，交付最终产品结果。 职位要求 1、2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历；2、对AI Native产研开发有了解和实践经验，对OpenClaw类产品有使用经验和Skill开发经验；3、熟悉互联网产品开发过程，熟练掌握产品设计基本工具，例如Axure，Visio等，能够产出高质量的产品原型、流程图、线框图等，具备优秀的文案功底或交互能力的同学优先考虑；4、数据敏感度高，具备一定数据分析能力，能够以数据驱动进行产品需求发现、改进和完善；5、有B端产品实习经验者（尤其是EHR产品经验）优先；6、具备良好的沟通能力、自我学习能力，对产品有热情，注重用户体验，有创新意识。 投递...
