【集团】签证管理 上海 全职 职位描述 1. 签证办理与交付：（1）负责全球多国（含工作签、商务签及居留许可）的全流程办理与跟进；（2）基于各国政策差异，制定签证路径与个性化解决方案；（3）确保材料合规、流程高效、交付及时。2. 员工沟通与支持：（1）作为内部签证专家，为员工提供专业咨询与风险评估建议；（2）解答签证政策、流程及疑难问题，提升员工服务体验；（3）高效处理紧急或复杂个案，保障服务质量。3. 政策研究与合规管理：（1）持续追踪EU、UK、APAC等区域签证政策变化，输出解读报告；（2）建设内部知识库，识别合规风险并提供应对建议。4. 供应商与合作管理：（1）对接全球签证服务商、律所及代理机构；（2）管理服务质量、成本与交付时效，优化全球交付网络。5. 流程与体系优化：（1）梳理并优化签证交付SOP；（2）协同EOR、HR、Payroll等团队，提升整体交付效率；（3）推动签证服务的标准化与系统化建设。6.对内培训：（1）定期面向内部团队（如HR、EOR、Payroll等）组织签证政策、流程及案例培训，提升跨部门人员的签证专业知识与风险意识，推动建立内部签证知识共享机制，减少因信息不对称导致的协作问题。 职位要求 1、学历专业：本科及以上，人力资源、法律、国际关系等相关专业优先；2、工作经验：（1）3-5年海外签证/移民/全球流动（Global Mobility）相关经验；（2）熟悉多个国家（东南亚、英国、中东、美国等）工作签证及商务签证流程；（3）有EOR、HR服务公司、律所或签证机构经验者优先。3、能力素质：（1）优秀的沟通能力与客户服务意识；（2）英语流利，可作为工作语言；（3）执行力强，能并行处理多项目并保持高准确率。 投递...
