岗位职责（Key Responsibilities） 负责 GHMI和通讯板卡产品的硬件需求分析，输出可行性评估、器件选型及单板硬件架构设计方案。负责完成 GHMI 单板的原理图设计，指导并评审 PCB 布局布线，确保满足高速信号完整性和电源完整性要求。 负责核心关键器件（如主控 MPU/MCU、DDR3/DDR4、eMMC/Flash、LCD/OLED 显示屏驱动、触摸芯片、通信模块等）的评估与选型。 负责单板硬件的板级调试、信号量测、功能验证及底层驱动调测配合； 负责 GHMI 产品的可靠性设计，包括电源设计（DC-DC/LDO）、热管理、防雷击浪涌、静电防护（ESD）及电磁兼容（EMC/EMI）设计与整改。 负责现有GHMI 和通讯板卡产品的硬件维护，快速解决市场和生产测试中的硬件质量问题。 应对器件停产和供应链风险，主导元器件的国产化替代评估、兼容性测试验证及 BOM 优化； 参与技术平台工作：竞争对手样机解剖及跟踪关键技术资料收集/调研；部门技术平台积累、经验案例、专利等技术文档； 任职要求（Qualifications & Requirements） 本科及以上学历，控制、电气、通信或相关专业，5 年以上单板硬件开发经验，有 HMI（人机界面）、智能显示终端、平板电脑、嵌入式主板 或车载中控产品开发经验者优先； 具备丰富的高速数字电路设计经验，熟悉 DDR3/DDR4、eMMC、SDIO 等高速总线的设计要点与拓扑结构； 精通各种显示及触摸接口的单板电路设计，如 RGB、LVDS、MIPI-DSI、HDMI 及 I2C/SPI 触控电路； 熟练掌握
