一、岗位概述 负责卡钳三维结构设计、方案迭代、轻量化优化、图纸输出、DFMEA、结构验证及量产导入。全程跟进项目开发周期，保证结构设计满足强度、耐久、装配、工艺、成本及主机厂规范要求，解决试制、测试及量产阶段结构类技术问题。二、核心岗位职责 1. 结构方案设计与建模：根据客户需求、技术规格及对标数据，独立完成零部件结构方案设计、三维建模、装配校核、空间干涉检查，输出高质量数模。2. 图纸与技术文件输出：输出2D工程图、BOM清单、技术规范、尺寸公差、材料定义，按照企业体系及主机厂标准完成图纸签审与发布。3. 设计风险与质量管控：主导/参与DFMEA编制更新，识别结构失效风险，优化筋位、壁厚、安装结构、固定方式，降低RPN风险；配合完成DV/PV测试验证。4. 轻量化、降本与结构优化：在满足性能前提下，通过结构集成、冗余删减、材料匹配、结构简化实现轻量化与成本优化，提升量产工艺性。5. 试制与量产技术支持：跟进样件试制、试装、试验问题，快速定位结构设计缺陷，输出整改方案、变更资料，支持量产导入SOP。6. 跨部门与客户对接：对接项目、工艺、质量、采购、模具及供应商，响应主机厂技术答疑、审核问题整改，保障项目节点顺利交付。7. 版本与变更管理：管控设计版本、工程变更ECN，同步更新图纸、数模、FMEA、控制计划相关技术资料，保证数据一致性。三、任职要求 Requirements1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计制造、汽车相关专业，3年以上汽车结构设计量产经验。2. 熟练使用 CATIA / UG(NX) 进行三维建模、装配、工程图输出，熟练使用Office、数据评审工具。3. 熟悉汽车零部件开发流程，了解APQP/PPAP、FMEA、DV/PV、GD&T、尺寸链、公差设计。4. 熟悉常用塑料、金属、冲压、压铸、注塑结构特性与模具工艺，懂量产结构可行性优化。5. 具备独立承担项目结构开发能力，能解决试制、测试、量产结构异常问题，有完整项目SOP经验。6. 熟悉主机厂设计规范，具备良好的沟通能力、节点意识、问题复盘与总结能力。7. 优先加分：有制动系统、底盘、车身、内外饰结构设计经验；有Tier1大厂/主机厂完整项目经验优先。四、岗位能力关键词（适合招聘标签）汽车结构设计、CATIA、三维建模、DFMEA、DVPV、轻量化设计、结构优化、量产导入、工程变更、机械结构、汽车零部件...
