Responsibilities Character Design 负责角色设计与视觉探索，从概念草图到高完成度角色设定。 探索并定义符合产品方向的角色视觉语言，包括造型、比例、剪影、材质表现等。 输出具有高度辨识度和视觉吸引力的角色设计方案。 Design Systems & Methodology 构建角色设计逻辑，包括视觉背景、功能定位、设计原则及叙事关联。 建立并持续完善角色设计规范，包括比例体系、风格边界及细节密度控制等。 在设计中兼顾整体风格统一性与设计多样性，为长期内容扩展提供支持。 Cross-functional Collaboration 与角色美术、动画、特效及技术美术团队密切合作，确保设计方案具备良好的制作可行性及稳定表现。 提供清晰、可执行的设计交付，包括结构拆解、材质指引及设计说明。 参与评审与反馈流程，持续跟进角色从概念到最终实现的整体质量。 Quality 推动角色设计质量标准的建立，并参与整体美术风格建设。
