制造数智化经理（CM-ET） 惠州 全职 职位描述 一、岗位职责1. 战略规划与技术路线管理a.主导制定工厂数字化工艺技术的中长期发展路线图（3-5年），并推动年度规划落地b.持续跟踪行业前沿技术（数字孪生、工业AI、APC等），完成竞品对标分析，为管理层提供技术投资决策建议2. 智能工艺预研与项目孵化a.统筹AI质检、预测性维护、工艺参数自优化等智能化项目的预研、POC验证及规模化推广b.建立虚拟验证体系，推动仿真技术在NPI阶段的深度应用，缩短新产品导入周期3. 数字化标准体系建设a.主导构建工艺参数标准数据库和工艺知识图谱，实现工艺经验的资产化沉淀b.制定数字化工艺交付标准，确保新项目/新产线具备完整的数据采集与AI能力预埋4. 跨部门协同与项目管控a.作为工艺数字化领域的技术接口人，协同IT、设备、质量、产品工程等部门，推动端到端数据拉通b.深度参与重点项目的工艺方案评审，把控数字化交付物质量5. 团队建设与人才培养a.负责学科团队的组建、绩效管理与梯队培养b.营造创新文化，鼓励团队探索新技术在制造场景的应用 职位要求 二、任职要求 ：学历： 本科及以上，硕士优先 ；专业：机械工程、电子工程、自动化、工业工程、计算机科学等相关专业 ；经验：8年以上汽车电子/消费电子制造行业工艺或智能制造相关经验，3年以上团队管理经验 ；语言：英语可作为工作语言（读写流利，口语沟通无障碍） ；三、专业技能 1、工艺基础扎实： 精通SMT（印刷、贴片、回流焊）、DIP、组装、测试等核心制程中的至少2-3个领域，具备深厚的工艺物理学理解；2、数字化技术理解： 熟悉数字孪生、MES/PLM系统架构、工业物联网（IIoT）数据采集原理；了解OPC-UA、MQTT等工业通讯协议；3、AI/数据分析能力： 理解机器学习/深度学习基本原理，能够与算法工程师有效沟通需求；具备基础的数据分析能力（SQL/Python加分）；4、项目管理： 具备从0到1主导数字化/智能化项目落地的成功经验，熟悉敏捷或Stage-Gate项目管理方法 投递...
