岗位职责： 1.参与软件的设计与开发，能独立或主导模块/功能的设计与实现。 2.在软件产品实施过程中，参与功能需求书撰写与评审、开发与集成测试，确保项目按时按质完成交付。 3.对系统出现的问题能及时修改及完善，具备线上问题排查、根因分析与修复能力。 4.参与或主导代码重构、技术债务识别与治理，提升代码可维护性与长期质量。 5.不断熟悉和掌握新的业务知识与新技术，保持技术竞争力。 6.熟练使用 AI 工具做需求分析，代码生成和代码审核。 任职要求： 1.正规院校计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，2 年及以上工作经验。 2.有Vibe Coding经验，能流畅并且安全使用AI工具。 3.精通 Java 基础，有分布式应用开发经验。 4.熟悉 Spring MVC、Spring Boot、Hibernate/MyBatis 等常用框架。 5.熟悉 Oracle/MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库；有 SQL 优化经验和 NoSQL 应用经验者优先。 6.熟悉 Git，熟悉 CI/CD。 7.熟悉 Linux 常用命令，熟悉 Docker和K8S。 8.工作积极主动、有责任心，具有良好的团队精神，具备跨团队沟通协作能力。
