AI咨询及FDE专家岗 上海 全职 互联网 / 电子 / 网游 职位描述 岗位职责1.负责企业级AI咨询项目的端到端交付，包括需求调研、方案设计、场景规划、可行性验证及成果汇报。2.与客户管理层、业务部门及技术团队开展访谈，深入理解客户的业务战略、核心流程、数据基础、应用系统和AI建设现状。3.策划并主持AI工作坊，引导客户识别业务痛点、挖掘AI应用机会，推动业务、技术及管理团队形成共识。4.系统梳理客户AI应用场景，从业务价值、技术可行性、数据成熟度、实施成本及风险等维度进行评估和优先级排序。5.输出AI场景地图、建设路线图、场景规划建议、项目实施方案及相关咨询交付材料。6.针对重点AI场景，采用FDE方法深入客户业务现场，与客户团队紧密协作，结合客户数据、现有应用、业务规则及工作流程开展可行性验证，快速搭建可运行的Demo应用，以验证场景价值与技术实现路径。7.持续沉淀和完善AI咨询方法论、咨询工具、场景模板、行业案例及标准化交付物，提升项目交付的专业性、复用性与效率。8.支持AI咨询相关商机的售前工作，包括客户需求沟通、商机分析、解决方案设计、建议书编制、项目范围及实施路径规划，并参与客户交流与方案汇报。 职位要求 任职要求1.本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能相关专业优先。2.具备咨询顾问、售前或产品解决方案专家、或FDE等相关工作经验。3.具备良好的客户沟通和需求分析能力，能够独立开展客户访谈、需求澄清、工作坊组织及方案汇报。4.具有较强的业务理解与结构化分析能力，能够将模糊的业务问题转化为清晰的AI场景、产品需求和技术方案。5.熟悉国内外主流大模型及其能力边界，包括但不限于OpenAI、Anthropic、Google Gemini，以及通义千问、DeepSeek、豆包、智谱、文心一言、腾讯混元等。6.熟练使用国内外AI工具及AI Coding工具，能够根据数据安全、模型能力、成本和部署条件选择合适的工具与模型。7.熟悉大模型应用开发技术，包括Prompt Engineering、RAG、Embedding、向量数据库、Agent、Function Calling、模型评测及安全治理等。8.至少熟练掌握一门主流编程语言，如Python、JavaScript或TypeScript，具备独立开发Demo或PoC应用的能力。9.熟悉常见前后端开发、数据库及API集成方式，能够完成从数据处理、模型调用到应用界面的基本全栈实现。10.具备快速学习和现场解决问题的能力，能够在需求不完全明确、资源有限的情况下快速形成可验证成果。11.具备良好的文档和演示能力，能够独立编写咨询报告、解决方案、场景规划、产品原型说明及项目汇报材料。12.能够适应一定频率的客户现场办公及出差。优先条件1.有企业AI场景咨询、智能体Agent搭建、AI Coding和Skill提取经验。2.有制造、金融、零售等行业项目经验，能够理解行业业务流程及典型应用场景。3.有知识库问答、智能助手、报告生成、数据分析、流程自动化或多智能体应用的实际开发经验。4.熟悉LangChain、LangGraph、LlamaIndex、Dify、Coze、n8n等大模型应用框架或平台。5.熟悉云端及私有化部署，了解模型推理服务、权限管理、数据安全和企业系统集成。 投递...
