SLT量产测试工程师 上海、杭州 全职 研发 - 电子 / 半导体 职位描述 1. 参与SLT方案开发与设计： · 理解芯片的架构、特性和目标应用场景（如AI计算、数据中心等）。 · 参与基于真实应用场景的SLT量产测试方案制定，收集测试用例，导入到SLT测试OI中，完成SLT量产环境的软硬件交付。 · 负责SLT硬件设计，包括但不限于SLT测试板、Socket、ChangeKits（委托供应商完成定制设计及制造）。 · 开发与维护SLT测试软件，包括系统控制、数据采集、数据分析等脚本和程序（常用Python/C/C++/C#）。2. SLT测试平台搭建与维护： · 搭建、调试和维护自动化的SLT测试平台，整合测试硬件、软件和自动化控制。 · 与ATE协作，确保SLT与CP/FT测试的互补性和高效衔接。 · 管理和优化测试站的资源，提升测试效率和覆盖率。3. 测试执行与数据分析： · 执行芯片系统级测试，包括功能测试、性能测试等。 · 对测试中产生的大量数据（日志、性能数据、错误信息）进行分析，定位和复现芯片缺陷。 · 与芯片设计研发团队紧密合作，对发现的问题进行根因分析，并推动问题的解决。4. 文档与流程标准化： · 编写SLT测试规范、SOP和Release报告。
