Job Description （一）RM需求管理（Requirement Management、Doors工具主导、支持QG流程） 1、负责ADAS全场景功能（ACC自适应巡航、AEB自动紧急制动、LKA车道保持、智能泊车辅助等）项目需求全生命周期管理，熟练运用IBM Doors工具，完成需求录入、分层拆解、版本管控、基线锁定与维护等工作。 2、对接产品、算法、硬件、测试及整车研发团队，分层梳理整车需求、系统需求、软件需求，搭建完整的需求追溯体系，确保需求完整、无冲突、可落地、可验证。 3、统筹需求变更管理，规范变更流程、记录变更内容、评估变更影响范围，同步推动各部门落地执行，规避需求偏差、冗余等问题，稳定项目需求基线。 4、支撑项目QG质量流程落地，配合质量、项目团队完成需求评审、资料归档、基线合规校验、全链路追溯等合规工作，确保需求管理流程符合车载研发质量规范；常态化维护Doors需求数据库，定期梳理需求状态、完善技术文档、闭环追溯问题，输出需求周报、基线报告及需求追溯报告。 （二）PM问题分析与闭环管理（Problem Management） 1、负责ADAS研发项目全周期问题管理，统一收集研发、联调、测试、实车验证、试产阶段出现的技术问题、流程问题、协作问题及项目风险问题。 2、搭建并动态维护项目问题台账，对各类问题进行分级、分类、拆解与跟踪，协调研发、测试、硬件等多方资源，推动问题快速定位、分析及闭环解决。 3、针对项目高频问题、重难点问题开展专项复盘，深挖问题根因，输出复盘总结与优化改进方案，建立问题预防机制，避免同类问题重复发生，持续提升研发交付质量。 4、负责项目风险识别与管控，提前排查研发流程卡点、开发隐患及交付风险，制定对应的应对预案，保障项目进度、质量双达标。 （三）敏捷开发流程管理（Sprint Master） 1、担任团队Sprint Master，全面负责ADAS开发团队敏捷流程落地、执行管控与迭代优化，主导迭代规划、需求排期、任务拆解与进度跟踪，统筹各Sprint迭代周期的整体推进工作。 2、标准化落地敏捷开发流程，统筹每日站会、迭代开发、迭代评审、迭代复盘等全流程工作，严格把控各迭代节点交付物，推动团队开发流程标准化、规范化、高效化。 3、全程跟进ADAS开发任务落地执行，协调团队内部资源，打通迭代过程中的流程卡点与协作壁垒，实时监控迭代进度与交付质量，确保各版本迭代按时、保质交付。 4、结合ADAS车载研发、实车联调、版本量产的业务特性，持续优化敏捷流程体系，适配车载项目迭代节奏，沉淀可复用的标准化研发流程规范，提升团队整体研发效率。 Qualifications 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、车辆工程、电子信息、项目管理等相关专业，具备1-3年车载自动驾驶、ADAS领域流程管理、需求管理或项目管理相关工作经验。 2、熟练使用IBM Doors工具，精通RM（Requirement Management）需求管理及QG合规流程，具备完整的需求拆解、基线管控、需求追溯、变更管控、质量流程落地实操经验，有ADAS项目全流程需求管理经验者优先。 3、熟悉PM（Problem Management）问题管理体系，具备独立开展项目问题收集、分类分析、闭环跟进、复盘优化的能力，可独立完成问题台账管理与项目风险管控工作。 4、熟练掌握敏捷开发模式，具备专业的Sprint Master实操经验，可独立负责团队迭代规划、流程管控、进度跟进与迭代复盘工作。 5、了解ADAS智能驾驶基础功能及车载软件开发流程，熟悉汽车行业研发标准、ASPICE开发流程者优先。 6、具备良好的逻辑思维、统筹规划及跨部门沟通协调能力，工作细致严谨、责任心强、执行力高，可高效推进跨团队协作，保障项目顺利落地。...
