Job Summary 你准备好迎接挑战并且在工作中有所成就了吗？ IFF是全球领先的风味、香氛、食品配料及健康与生物科技领域的企业，致力于提供可持续的创新解决方案，为日常产品赋能升级。 香水部：以前沿创意、科学、消费者洞察及匠心香氛设计为驱动，释放香气的深层情感力量。 该职位设于杭州建德，现场办公。加入一个成长中，创造型，氛围好的团队，我们携手成就卓越，创造真正的影响力您的潜力就是我们灵感的源泉。 您将在何处创造价值？ 负责全厂公用工程系统（如水、电、气、蒸汽、氮气等）的启停及日常操作，严格按照操作规程执行，确保系统安全、稳定运行，同时对关键运行参数进行监控与记录。 负责当班期间公用工程设备的巡检工作，按要求完成巡检记录并及时发现设备异常或隐患，进行初步分析与判断，并跟踪处理结果。 在公用工程设备出现故障时，配合维修人员进行现场操作支持，包括隔离、切换、启停设备等，确保维修过程安全高效、尽快恢复系统运行。 负责生产部环保设施（如废气、废水处理系统等）的日常巡检与运行监控，如实填写相关记录，并对异常情况进行初步判断与上报。 在值班主任或持续改进主管指导下，参与环保设施异常处理及优化工作，确保装置运行符合环保及排放要求，降低环境风险。 按照公用工程应急预案，参与各类突发状况的应急处理，包括停电、停水、停冷却水（CW）、停冷冻水（CH）、停蒸汽、停氮气、停导热油及火灾、泄漏等情况，保障生产连续性和人员安全。 配合生产班组完成相关生产辅助工作，包括废溶剂转移、物料转罐、釜液装车及输送等操作，确保生产流程顺畅。 支持持续改进及节能降耗工作，并按要求完成上级安排的其他任务，包括优化公用系统运行效率、参与改善项目及跨部门协作。 您为何是最佳人选？ 中专及以上学历，化工、环境工程、能源动力或相关专业优先。 具备1年以上化工厂、公用工程或生产操作相关工作经验，熟悉生产现场基本运行逻辑。 了解公用工程系统的基本原理（如蒸汽系统、循环水、冷冻水、氮气、压缩空气等），能够进行基础操作与判断。 熟悉生产现场设备巡检要求，能够按照规范完成巡检、点检及运行记录填写。 具备基本的设备异常识别和故障初步判断能力，能够在异常情况下进行初步处理并及时上报。 具备良好的安全意识，能够严格遵守EHS、安全操作规程及应急管理相关要求。 能适应倒班工作制（如四班三倒或两班倒），具备一定的抗压能力和现场适应能力。 工作认真负责，具有良好的执行力、团队协作意识及沟通能力，服从生产安排。 您将如何脱颖而出？ 持有相关特种作业证书（如压力容器操作证、锅炉证、电工证、制冷证等）者优先。 有公用工程系统（如锅炉、冷却水站、空压站、废水/废气处理等）运行经验者优先。 熟悉化工厂环保合规要求或参与过节能降耗、持续改进项目经验者优先。 为什么选择我们？ 足额社保公积金缴纳。 每年带薪年假和病假,午餐补助。 完善的晋升通道。 班车接送。 工作生活平衡 高温补贴 We are
