Company Description Job Description 工作职责： 负责AUTOSAR CP/AP架构下的基础软件（BSW）模块的设计、开发、配置与集成。 根据客户需求及通信矩阵配置SOME/IP服务（服务接口定义、服务发现机制），确保各功能模块间的高效、低延迟数据交互。 基于项目需求配置DDS（如Fast DDS/Cyclone DDS），包括QoS策略（可靠性、延迟等参数）。 实现TSN时间同步功能（IEEE 802.1AS时间同步协议），支持TSN时间同步精度测试和验证。 负责系统诊断（UDS），实现DoIP诊断通信。 负责故障管理，故障存储等机制的开发与实现。 负责解决产品测试及量产过程中出现的BSW层相关问题。 Qualifications 任职要求： 精通C/C++，熟悉RTOS/Linux嵌入式开发 熟悉汽车电子软件开发流程，深刻理解Autosar架构（Classic Platform或Adaptive Platform），熟悉常用BSW模块（如Can/Eth If, PduR, Dcm, NvM, Wdg等）。 精通车载网络通信协议，深入理解CAN/CAN-FD、Ethernet（TCP/IP, UDP, SOME/IP, DDS）协议栈原理及配置开发。 熟悉诊断协议（ISO 14229 UDS），有Vector CANoe/CANalyzer工具使用经验。 具备良好的问题定位能力，能够使用抓包工具（如Wireshark）分析通信问题，利用调试工具（如Lauterbach, GDB）排查底层故障。 了解车载网络信息安全（TLS、MACsec） 了解功能安全标准（ISO
