岗位职责： SSC交付与团队管理：管理4人团队，建立SLA/KPI、工单与升级机制，确保异常闭环与知识库沉淀。 P2P/I2P流程治理：维护SOP、模板与例外处理手册；提升一次正确率与跨部门协同效率（业务收货/验收、AP/Tax/Treasury对接）。 S/4HANA上线与稳定期：牵头SSC侧蓝图评审、UAT/集成测试、Cutover、上线演练与Hypercare运营。 Invoice Track集成与运营：定义并落地发票接收、影像/附件、匹配与审批、过账、状态回传与供应商查询；持续改善匹配率与例外关闭效率。 主数据/内控/审计就绪：推动供应商主数据与付款信息变更控制、重复付款防控、SOD与权限矩阵、证据留存与审计追溯。 数据与持续改善：建立仪表盘与MBR，驱动KPI达标与流程优化。 Scope（业务范围） 多法人（multi-entity）/多站点（multi-site）SSC交付环境 高频低额（high-volume, low-value）交易为主，兼顾框架订单/限额订单下重复性下单 支持外币付款（multi-currency）与跨境结算协同（与AP/Treasury配合） 覆盖电子发票（e-invoice）与影像/纸票并行场景 系统节奏：S/4HANA即将上线；Ariba计划2028上线Role Boundaries（岗位边界） 不做战略采购（Out of Scope）：不负责sourcing/category strategy、供应商选择与寻源、RFP/RFQ主导、商业与合同条款谈判（contract negotiation）。 可包含运营职责（In Scope）：框架订单/框架协议运营维护（call-off、额度/有效期/消耗监控等）；目录/价格清单（catalog/price list）运营维护（为未来Ariba目录化打基础）；供应商主数据运营协同、供应商对账与发票例外协调（与AP/Tax/业务协同）。 Planner计划性PR/PO（MRP/LIMS/CMMS/EAM）明确Out of Scope：任何由Planner或计划系统触发的计划性PR→PO/自动PO执行（含MRP、LIMS、CMMS/EAM等系统产生的计划性PR与自动/半自动转PO）不由SSC P2P团队操作；上述系统的计划参数/策略/自动下单规则配置维护亦不在范围内。SSC仅承担流程与控制点治理、培训支持以及付款相关发票例外/对账/付款查询协同。 任职要求： 本科及以上；8年以上P2P/SSC/财务运营相关经验，至少3年以上团队管理或流程Owner经验。 熟悉ERP下P2P/I2P流程与内控控制点；SAP ECC/S/4HANA经验优先。 有上线/切换经验（蓝图评审、UAT、Cutover、Hypercare），能推动跨部门落地。 强执行与闭环，擅长SLA/KPI管理与持续改善。 加分项：第三方发票/影像/电子发票工具（Invoice Track/VIM类）经验；AP共享服务/财务运营背景；强合规行业经验；英语工作能力。 Why join（岗位亮点）
