Job Description 岗位名称 用户研究 研究总监（Director）- 汽车行业方向 所属部门 NIQ中国区汽车交付团队 工作地点 上海、广州 岗位职责 核心项目把控：主导重点客户核心项目的完整对接与落地。包括理解和引导客户需求并给出建设性专业建议，将需求转化为可执行方案，指导项目团队完成高质量研究设计，数据采集和最终报告等全流程。期间有有能力解决项目重难点问题，协调内外部资源，高效解决合作及交付中的各类问题，保障最终项目高质量交付。 业务统筹：可同时统筹多个类型的汽车用研项目（用户洞察、产品定义、上市前产品验证、上市后市场验证、海外用户研究等），把控多个项目的整体交付进度和质量。 客户经营：精准捕捉客户业务痛点与潜在需求，拓展新的业务合作场景与项目机会，提升客户复购率与合作深度，支撑业务营收稳步增长。 人才培养：针对性培养研究员、研究经理、研究员等团队人才，提升团队整体专业度。 方法论沉淀：搭建表转化的用户研究体系与方法论；沉淀研究案例库、标准题库、访谈体系、分析模型等，持续迭代研究工具与研究方法，推动团队能力整体提升。 Qualifications Qualifications 任职要求 学历背景：本科及以上学历，专业不限。 从业经验：8年以上汽车用户研究/市场研究经验。海外项目经验者优先。 业务能力：深耕汽车用研业务，熟悉各类定性定量方法，精通汽车用研体系。 团队管理能力：擅长交付团队管理与人才带教。 客户与商务能力：具备优秀的沟通汇报、需求挖掘能力，可长期维系核心客户关系，提升复购率。 综合素养：目标感强，抗压性和应变性优秀，具备良好的团队协作与管理意识。 工具能力：熟练使用办公软件、常规调研工具及AI工具。 语言能力：英文沟通读写流利，可支撑海外项目对接者优先。 Additional Information Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off
