ITP 设计负责人 北京 社招 全职 职位 ID：A76313 职位描述 一、产品设计统筹主导 ITP 平台全线产品的设计策略制定与落地，包括云平台、数据中台、AI 平台、MiMo产品矩阵等方向重点参与MiMo 大模型业务的 MaaS平台、Agent 产品等方向的设计工作建立并持续迭代平台级设计规范与组件库，确保跨模块、跨端的体验一致性深度参与产品规划与需求评审，从设计视角驱动产品决策，平衡用户体验与技术实现成本管理设计团队日常工作，合理分配资源，把控交付质量与节奏二、AI 驱动设计创新探索并落地 AI 辅助设计工作流（如 AI 生成设计方案、智能布局、自动化设计走查等），提升设计效率主导平台产品体系中 AI 相关功能的产品设计，包括 AI 对话交互、智能推荐、自动化工作流等场景的体验定义关注 LLM/Agent/Multimodal 等前沿技术在 B 端产品中的应用趋势，持续输出设计洞察与落地方案与算法、工程团队紧密协作，推动 AI 能力从原型到产品化的体验闭环三、团队与协作搭建并培养设计团队，建立人才梯队，营造追求极致的团队文化与产品经理、前后端工程师、数据团队高效协同，建立顺畅的跨职能协作机制推动设计评审、用户调研、可用性测试等流程的规范化运作 职位要求 本科及以上学历，设计类、计算机类、人机交互等相关专业优先8 年以上互联网产品设计经验，3 年以上设计团队管理经验有 B 端平台 / 开发者工具
