Agent开发工程师 北京、上海 全职 智能制造 / 工业互联网 / 工业自动化 - 研发 职位描述 1）ME AI Hub 架构设计与建设：负责制造工程中心“ME AI Hub”平台的从0到1架构设计与核心功能开发，打造支撑全流程工艺开发的的AI基础设施与服务中台。2）Agent 核心能力开发：基于大语言模型（LLM），设计并开发面向制造工程场景的单体及多智能体（Multi-Agent）系统。包括但不限于：工艺文档自动生成Agent、设备故障诊断与预测Agent等。3）知识库与RAG系统建设：结合汽车制造领域的专业Know-how（如PFMEA、控制计划、设备BOM等），构建高质量的行业知识库，并开发高效的检索增强生成（RAG）链路。4）前沿技术探索与落地：持续追踪大模型、Agentic Workflow、AutoGPT等前沿技术，评估其在汽车制造场景中的应用可行性，并主导PoC（概念验证）到规模化落地的全过程。5）技术攻坚与团队赋能：解决AI Hub及Agent开发过程中的高并发、低延迟、数据安全等核心技术难题；指导中初级工程师，提升团队整体的AI工程化能力。 职位要求 1）学历与经验：计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历；具备5年以上AI/复杂软件系统开发经验，其中至少2年以上大模型/Agent相关实际落地经验。2）大模型与Agent技术栈：深入理解LLM原理，精通LangChain、MetaGPT等至少一种Agent开发框架；精通Prompt Engineering及RAG架构设计。3）工程化能力： 具备极强的代码能力，精通Python/Java/C++等主流编程语言；熟悉微服务架构、云原生、向量数据库及API网关设计。4）业务理解：熟悉制造业（尤其是汽车整车制造、冲焊涂总四大工艺）业务流程者优先，能够快速将业务痛点转化为AI Agent的系统设计。 投递...
