java服务端开发杭州全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述【岗位职责】主导核心系统的业务建模、架构迭代与性能优化，保障系统稳定性与可扩展性（以 Java 后端为主）。负责重点项目的技术方案设计与评审，承担核心代码开发、Code Review 与技术把关。从端到端视角识别并推动解决产品、技术、协作问题，持续提升交付效率（覆盖前后端与交互链路）。具备全栈能力，在关键场景下可独立完成前端开发与问题排查（基于 Vue / React），推动前后端协同与体验优化。建设并落地 AI Coding 研发实践（如需求拆解、上下文管理、代码生成、测试补全、质量门禁、复盘优化）。参与 Agent 应用开发，推进工具调用、工作流编排、记忆管理、评测与监控能力建设。【任职要求】3 年及以上 Java/Web 开发经验，Java 基础扎实，熟悉 JVM、并发编程、常见中间件与分布式系统设计。熟悉前端主流框架（Vue / React 至少一种，具备另一种的基本理解），能够独立完成中后台或业务页面开发。理解前后端分层与接口设计，具备良好的 API 设计能力与前后端协作经验（如状态管理、接口约定、错误处理）。具备较强的系统设计与抽象能力，能够在复杂场景下权衡技术方案的价值、成本与风险。有较强的问题分析与推进能力，责任心强，沟通清晰，能高效协同产品、运营与非技术团队。熟悉主流 AI Coding 方法论并有实践经验，如：Spec/任务驱动开发、AI 辅助测试、迭代式评审与质量闭环。了解主流 Agent 开发框架或编排方案（如 LangChain / LangGraph、AutoGen、CrewAI、LlamaIndex、Semantic Kernel 等），有实际项目经验优先。职位要求【加分项】具备 DDD 实践经验，能将复杂业务沉淀为清晰的领域模型。有 RAG、函数调用（Tool Calling）、多
