合作伙伴工业化工程师IGBT/SiC功率模块 合肥、上海 社招 全职 工程技术 - 质量管理 本科及以上 5-7 年 职位描述 1.负责IGBT/SiC功率器件和模块产品及下级子零件新项目APQP的开发、阶段评审、验证、PPAP和前期质量风险管控；2.负责IGBT/SiC功率器件和模块产品及下级子零件合作伙伴的变更管理（PCN）和流程的制定；3.负责IGBT/SiC功率器件和模块产品及下级子零件合作伙伴的特殊工艺要求（PSOR）的制定；4.熟悉IGBT/SiC制造技术，包括芯片烧结、打线、塑封/灌封、系统烧结、测试等典型封装工艺，识别风险/薄弱环节并制定纠正措施持续改进；5.熟悉功率芯片，AMB，Pinfin，LF，EMC，Housing等下级物料；5.负责合作伙伴新项目质量监管和质量问题的解决，有效的升级管理；6.以项目目标为导向，负责组织协调资源达成项目和部门的交付及质量指标；7.合作伙伴FTQ/OEE/精益生产能力改善的推进、实施和效果确认； 职位要求 1.电力电子、功率半导体、微电子、机械等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2.5年以上汽车电子半导体行业工作经验，其中至少3年以上工艺、质量或项目岗位工作经验。3.熟悉芯片基本设计及晶圆制程、封装设计及工艺等；有IGBT/SiC模块封装产线工艺开发、质量管理或者客户质量背景优先；4.了解IGBT/SiC功率器件和模块常见失效模式和分析方法，熟悉产品相关标准；5.熟悉半导体行业、汽车行业相关标准，如：JEDEC、AEC-Q100、AQG324或同类标准。6.了解汽车5大质量管理工具：APQP，FMEA，PPAP，MSA，SPC；7.较强的逻辑问题分析能力、熟练运用质量问题解决工具如8D，DOE、RedX等；8.良好的英语读写及交流能力，强烈的团队协作意识；9.在问题的识别、分配，解决措施中体现出专业能力，善于寻求资源解决问题；10.强烈的自驱力，较强的承压能力，能够适应一定程度的出差。 投递...
