质量体系能力建设专家（AI Native方向） 深圳、长沙 社招 全职 互联网 / 电子 / 网游 职位描述 岗位职责负责IT部门整体研发质量体系的顶层设计，覆盖研发全生命周期，建设分层分级、可落地的质量保障能力地图。以能力建设为核心，将规范转化为可执行、可度量、可复用的工程能力（质量门禁、自动化测试、度量指标、质量内建机制等），推动体系真正跑起来。统筹研发流程与工具链建设，打通需求、开发、测试、发布等环节，形成端到端研发效能闭环。规划AI Native时代质量体系的演进路线，探索AI生成代码、智能体的质量评估与可信验证方法。推动AI赋能质量保障（智能测试、AI辅助评审与缺陷定位等），建设AI原生的质量基础设施并赋能团队。 职位要求 任职要求本科及以上学历，5年以上质量/研发效能相关经验，有大型研发质量体系从0到1或体系化重构的实战经验。深入理解敏捷/DevOps，熟悉自动化测试、CI/CD、质量度量与门禁等工程能力，具备强系统思维与落地能力。对AI/大模型技术有深入理解，熟悉LLM、Agent等原理与工程实践（如Agent Loop、Eval Harness、工具调用等），能系统性回答AI时代质量如何保障。具备AI赋能研发或AI原生应用质量保障的实践经验，对模型评测（Eval）、评测集建设、AI应用可观测性有认知者优先。强推动力与跨团队协同能力，兼具战略视野与躬身入局解决实际问题的能力。 投递...
