Lead and optimize end-to-end commercial performance across all assigned product categories by driving category strategy, sourcing, supplier management, pricing, assortment, and promotional execution to maximize sales growth, profitability, cost efficiency, and service level across the supply

Lead and optimize end-to-end software delivery and DevOps engineering practices across the organization by driving automation, infrastructure-as-code, and engineering excellence to improve deployment speed, system reliability, code quality, and security across multi-cloud environments in China business

•Strategy & Planning: Develop annual, quarterly, and key promotional campaigns (e.g., 618, Double 11) strategies, sales targets, and budget plans. •TP Management & Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact and manager for the TP

•Market & Product Selection: Conduct in-depth analysis of Chinese consumer market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights. Lead the development of quarterly/annual product selection and launch plans aligned with brand positioning and market demand. •Business Feasibility

•Content Strategy & Planning: Develop the brand’s overall content strategy in China, planning cross-platform content matrices (off-platform: Xiaohongshu, Douyin; in-platform: Taobo) and communication calendars. •Core Content Creation & Empowerment: Lead core creative concepts and content ideation
