冲压工艺工程师 北京 全职 生产 / 制造 / 加工 职位描述 1.车间辖属区域安全指标的达成；2.量产车型指标的达成，持续推动进行降本工作；3.同ME协作完成新车型的导入，参与冲压工艺方案的制定，模具图纸的审核，模具的验收、在线调试、问题跟踪；4.及时处理解决冲压件生产过程中的模具、材料、匹配问题；协调解决下游车间反馈回来的问题；5.工艺文件的编制及更新，监控工艺文件的执行；6.车间体系搭建及维护，配合完成公司内、外各级体系审核；7.产品质量问题解决；协助上级领导完成车间及公司级质量指标；8.负责模具的日常维修及保养方案制定；9.负责零件的材料问题、零件问题解决、追溯等；10.维护现场辅料定额。 职位要求 1.本科院校毕业，机械，自动化，材料、冲压等相关专业；2.有5年以上汽车模具领域工作经验，具备丰富的调试经验，有铝件经验者优先；3.有3年以上主流主机厂相同岗位工作经验；4.拥有模具项目从0-1工作经验者优先，至少参与过一款车型的从投产到量产的过程；5.熟悉覆盖件的尺寸工程以及装车匹配过程，并能解析覆盖件装车问题和提出模具整改方案；6.了解质量体系，具备用体系流程来提升现场质量的能力；7.熟练运用CATIA、UG、Auto CAD等软件，能够使用Autoform分析软件优先;8.了解冲压生产线布局和原理。 投递...
