MOM系统业务分析师 东莞 职能部门类 本科及以上 3-5 年 职位描述 1.需求调研与方案设计：深入制造车间及业务部门，开展全流程需求访谈，梳理业务痛点，输出标准化需求规格说明书。基于ISA-95国际标准及行业最佳实践，设计MOM系统整体实施方案，包含生产管理、质量管理、设备管理、物流协同等核心模块的业务流程适配方案。结合企业战略目标（如降本增效、绿色生产），明确系统实施范围、优先级及里程碑，制定可落地的实施计划与风险管控预案。2.系统配置与功能落地负责MOM系统核心模块的配置与调试，确保系统功能贴合实际业务场景。主导系统二次开发需求的梳理与对接，配合开发团队完成定制化功能的测试与验收，控制开发质量与周期。开展系统单元测试、集成测试及用户验收测试，编制测试用例，跟踪缺陷修复，确保系统功能满足需求规格。3.系统集成与数据贯通负责MOM系统与企业现有IT系统的集成方案设计与落地，包括SAP、DCS平台、W-TMS等，明确数据交互规则与接口标准。主导接口开发的技术对接与测试，确保跨系统数据实时同步，打破信息孤岛。参与数据标准化工作，协助梳理主数据（如，物料编码、工艺路线、设备台账），确保流入MOM系统的数据准确、规范。4.用户培训与上线支持制定分层级用户培训计划，针对管理层、业务骨干、一线操作员开展定制化培训，编制培训手册与操作视频，确保用户熟练使用系统。主导MOM系统上线切换工作，制定上线应急预案，驻场支撑系统试运行，快速响应并解决用户操作问题、系统故障。收集上线后用户反馈，梳理系统优化需求，形成迭代方案并推动落地，持续提升系统使用体验与业务支撑能力。5.项目协同与文档管理参与跨部门项目会议，同步实施进度、汇报问题与风险，协调生产、质量、设备、IT等部门资源，确保项目按计划推进。负责实施全流程文档的编制与归档，包括需求文档、方案文档、配置手册、测试报告、培训材料、上线总结等，确保文档的完整性与规范性。 职位要求 1、教育程度：本科及以上学历，智能制造工程、工业工程、计算机科学与技术、自动化等相关专业。2、相关经验：3年及以上制造业MOM/MES系统实施经验，有流程型制造（如造纸、化工、食品）或离散型制造（如汽车、电子、机械）项目经验者优先，熟悉至少1款主流MOM产品。3、专业能力：精通MOM系统核心模块的业务逻辑与配置方法，理解制造业核心业务流程。掌握至少1种系统集成技术（如OPC UA、REST API），熟悉SQL语言，能独立编写简单查询语句，具备基础BI报表开发能力者优先。了解ISA-95标准、工业4.0相关理念，具备IoT设备数据采集（如PLC、传感器对接）相关经验者优先。具备需求分析、方案设计、系统测试的完整能力，能独立主导中小规模MOM实施项目模块优秀的沟通协调能力，能精准理解业务需求并转化为技术方案，高效对接跨部门团队与外部供应商。较强的问题解决能力，面对实施过程中的突发问题（如系统故障、需求变更）能快速定位原因并给出解决方案。良好的文档编写与表达能力，能清晰输出各类实施文档，准确传递培训内容。具备团队协作精神，主动配合项目组完成目标，积极分享实施经验。 职位信息 部门： 集团IT需求交付组 招聘数量： 1 投递...
