NAMI-动画TA 广州 技术类 职位描述 1、负责协调策划、美术的动画需求，作为技术桥梁解决各部门间的技术和表现问题；2、动画管线的技术支持与工具开发（蓝图/Python/C++）；3、制定动画资源的技术标准和规范，把控动画资源性能指标；4、快速定位动画中的表现问题，优化项目中动画的整体表现效果与性能；5、持续关注新的动画技术方案，评估可行性并推动落地；6、与动画组紧密合作，帮助动画组进行动作的接入和调试。 职位要求 1、五年以上游戏行业动画TA或相关工作经验；2、熟练掌握 Unreal 动画蓝图、状态机、IK、Control Rig、Motion Warping 等工作流程；3、熟悉 Python / C++ / 蓝图 中的至少一种，能独立开发编辑器工具或管线脚本；4、会使用 Maya / 3ds Max / Blender 等 DCC 软件，能够检查动画资源问题，能与动画师高效沟通；5、了解骨骼层级、绑定约束、蒙皮权重、动画混合（Additive/BlendSpace/Layered）等原理；6、对动画技术有持续学习的热情，愿意通过文档和分享会沉淀技术经验。 投递...
