悬架系统电控零部件资深工程师 上海、广州 全职 汽车研发板块 职位描述 1. 零部件开发与释放： 负责电控悬架系统（如空气悬架、CDC、MRC等）的控制器及相关传感器（高度传感器、车身/车轮加速度传感器）的选型、开发、匹配、设计释放及全生命周期管理。2. 需求定义与规范编制： 主导编制相关零部件的SOR（技术需求书）、CTS（零部件技术规范）、诊断需求及试验标准（DVP&R），完成技术定点工作。3. 供应商技术管理： 作为技术窗口，管控Tier1供应商以及小鹏集团嵌入式的软硬件开发进度，审核供应商的开发文档，参与APQP评审，确保按项目节点完成ET、PT、SOP及PPAP交付。4. 系统集成与接口协同： 协同整车电子电气（E/E）架构团队，完成网络拓扑集成、CAN/LIN通信矩阵定义、UDS诊断协议制定、电源管理及OTA升级方案的落地。5. 测试验证与问题整改： 负责制定零部件级DVP，参与或支持HIL台架测试、系统台架测试及实车路试；主导开发及测试阶段（包括三高试验）软硬件问题的排查、分析及闭环解决（Issue跟踪管理）。6. 功能安全与信息安全： 配合功能安全工程师，确保控制器及传感器硬件、软件满足ISO 26262功能安全目标（ASIL等级）及整车信息安全合规要求。7. 降本与VAVE： 关注行业新技术动态，主导量产车型的零部件VAVE（价值分析与工程）工作，实现技术降本及质量优化。 职位要求 1. 学历与专业： 车辆工程、自动化、电子电气、机电一体化、计算机等相关专业，全日制本科及以上学历。2. 工作经验：5年以上主机厂或主流Tier1底盘电子研发经验，具有至少一个完整的空气悬架或CDC/MRC控制器及传感器量产项目DRE经验。3. 专业知识： - 深入理解电控悬架系统的系统架构、工作原理及控制逻辑。 - 熟悉汽车电子软硬件开发流程，了解AutoSAR软件架构。 - 熟悉车载网络通信（CAN/CAN-FD/LIN/Ethernet）及UDS诊断规范。 - 熟悉PWM、PSI5等常用传感器传输协议。 - 熟悉ISO 26262功能安全标准及ASPICE软件开发流程优先。
